After Legislation passed in 2020, all rental properties must have an in date & satisfactory electrical installation condition report. After conducting over 2000 checks in the past year alone we consider ourselves experts in the ability to be able to make sure that, even dated installations, can be brought more up to date and have their safety greatly increased.
